Designation Requirements
Requirements to receive the SRESŪ
designation via the live lecture course:
- Agent must be a REALTORŪ.
- Agent must be in good standing
with his/her local board or association
of REALTORSŪ.
- Agent must complete the two-day
SRESŪ training program and successfully
pass the final exam.
- Agent must verify, within the first
year, that he/she has completed three
transactions involving seniors.
